About the Role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective self-management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification.
