The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township is seeking a motivated and caring Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being.
Located adjacent to Jefferson Washington Township Hospital, our state-of-the-art facility includes a newly constructed 79-bed subacute rehabilitation center and a 111-bed long-term care building, providing comprehensive care for recovery and long-term needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Stay current with the latest research, trends, and best practices in physical therapy.
