About the Role

Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking Per Diem Physical Therapists (PTs) for day and weekend shifts. We are a 258-bed facility recognized throughout the Hudson Valley for our outstanding delivery of subacute and long-term care. Our environment is calm, friendly, and healthy for both residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
