Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that help residents improve mobility, functional performance, balance, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish treatment goals based on resident needs
• Provide therapy interventions focused on gait training, strengthening, endurance, balance, transfer training, and pain reduction
• Work closely with PTA staff and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation of resident progress

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
