Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance and functional mobility for patients.
- Instruct, educate, and train patients and caregivers on skills and functions essential for promoting patient independence and productivity, aiming to diminish or correct pathology.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and progress toward patient goals.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy)
- Must be licensed in the State of Massachusetts as a Physical Therapist.
