About the Role
A full-time Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for assessing, developing, and delivering personalized physical therapy plans to help patients restore their physical abilities. The role involves working in facility settings under the supervision of the Director of Rehab, collaborating with peers, and referring patients as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and create recovery plans
- Deliver physical therapy treatments tailored to individual goals
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make referrals
- Support patient-centered care and adaptive therapy approaches
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in applicable state(s)
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent credential
- Experience or education background meeting specified criteria
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to patient needs
