Responsibilities

  • Affirm patient needs and develop recovery plans.
  • Deliver physical therapy in various settings.
  • Adapt to patient needs and enjoy the variety of work.
  • Collaborate with peers and refer to specialists when necessary.
  • Train patients and caregivers on promoting independence and productivity.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Alabama.
  • Experience in physical therapy, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools.
  • Experience with home health care and/or outpatient clinics.

Pay

  • $125,000 per year (estimated)
  • $114,950 per year (estimated)
  • $129,554 per year (estimated)

  • Full-time position.
