We serve older adults in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Our mission is to help patients regain their strength and independence.

Responsibilities

• Affirm patient needs and develop recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy sessions
• Work collaboratively with peers and refer to specialists as needed
• Train patients and caregivers on promoting independence and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to various patient needs and settings

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment tools
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

Pay

Full-time Physical Therapists earn up to $71.50 per hour, with additional compensation available through a mod comp program.

Schedule

Hours vary based on department needs, but typically include evenings and weekends.
