Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

The Physical Therapist provides in‑facility rehabilitation services, focusing on assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering personalized physical therapy to restore and enhance physical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and create individualized therapy programs.
• Collaborate with team members and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse patient needs and settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the practicing state(s) or proof of eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus extensive experience.
• Evaluation of degrees obtained outside the U.S. for U.S. equivalency.
