About the Role

Collaboration with healthcare professionals and educating patients on self-care are essential duties.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques
- Operate specialized rehabilitation equipment
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on self-care and home exercises
- Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Physical ability to perform manual therapy and move equipment
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and under supervision
- Capacity to handle pressure and irregular activity schedules
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- Prior clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
