About the role
As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well by assessing their needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while addressing the whole patient as an individual. You collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

This role reports to the Director of Rehab and works in a facility-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
- Address the whole patient, treating them as an individual.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Adapt to the varied needs of patients and work settings.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Foreign-earned Physical Therapy degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $41.53 - USD $48.00 per hour.
