About the role
As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while addressing the whole patient. You train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity, and collaborate with peers or make referrals as needed.
This role reports to the Director of Rehab and is based in-facility.
Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance up to $20,000 is available for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
- Address the whole patient, treating them as an individual.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adapt to the needs of patients and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Pay
Posted salary range: USD $41.00 – USD $50.00 per hour.
