About the role
As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You’ll address the whole patient as an individual, collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. This role reports to the Director of Rehab and is based in a facility setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
- Address the whole patient, recognizing their individual needs and goals.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings with flexibility and joy.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Foreign-earned degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $43.00 - USD $50.00 per hour. Sign-on bonus: USD $5,000.00.
