Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities
• Be adaptable to the needs of the patient and enjoy the variety of the work and settings
• Maintain collaboration with peers and make referrals as needed
• Train patients and caregivers on skills promoting independence and productivity

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or A Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
