As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. You'll collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
  • Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
  • Address the whole patient, tailoring programs to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
  • Adapt to varied work settings and patient needs.

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
  • Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $42.00 - USD $48.00 per hour.

Sign-on Bonus: USD $10,000.00.
