About the role
Powerback Rehabilitation delivers an empowered approach to achieving full potential through integrated, individualized rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You will work in a patient-centered environment that values growth, collaboration, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
- Address the whole patient, recognizing their individual needs and goals.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
- Work in various settings, adapting to the needs of each patient.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- One of the following educational requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- For degrees earned outside the U.S., evaluation to confirm equivalence to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Pay
Posted salary range: USD $45.00 - USD $55.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $10,000.00.
