As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities. You'll collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
- Address the whole patient, treating them as an individual.
- Adapt to the needs of patients and find joy in the variety of work and settings.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills needed to promote independence and productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $41.18 - USD $43.90 per hour.
