Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
- Address the whole patient, treating them as an individual with adaptable and varied approaches.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Foreign-earned Physical Therapy degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 per hour.

- Location: In-facility.
- Reporting structure: Reports to the Director of Rehab.
