Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Powerback Rehabilitation delivers an empowered approach to achieving full potential through integrated, individualized rehabilitation, respiratory, and wellness services. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. You will design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while addressing the whole patient as an individual. Your role includes training patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity, collaborating with peers, and making referrals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities.
• Address the holistic needs of patients, treating them as individuals.
• Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings with flexibility and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Foreign-earned Physical Therapy degrees must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. degree in Physical Therapy.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $39.00 - USD $49.00 per hour.
