Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position in a facility setting. This role reports to the Director of Rehab. We are open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates for this opportunity. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy, helping patients restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You will also train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans
• Deliver physical therapy to restore and enhance patients' physical abilities
• Address the whole patient as an individual
• Adapt treatment approaches to meet the needs of each patient
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed to ensure patients receive comprehensive care
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
• Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy

Pay

USD $39.50 - USD $50.00 /Hr., with a $5,000 bonus.
