About the role

Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments and responds to physician orders.
• Administers and interprets tests, reviews progress, and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Develops functional goals aligned with patient and family expectations to restore maximum independence.
• Provide direct patient care and participate in team assessments.
• Modify treatment based on progress and contribute to patient recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; state licensure required.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
