Role Overview

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective self-management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
