Responsibilities

• Provide in-home evaluations and treatment services in Ventura County, CA
• Set your own schedule — freely accept or decline patients without pressure or penalties
• Work as an independent contractor with full control over your patient care experience
• Easy-to-use, web-based documentation system
• Secure messaging platform to communicate directly with office staff, case managers, and other clinicians

Requirements

• Current state license to practice physical therapy
• Experience in home health or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
