About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics for effective management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid state PT licensure or certification required; CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop effective treatment plans and educate patients.
