About the Role

Provides safe and effective Physical Therapy services by conducting evaluations, treatments, and education tailored to patient needs and goals. Maintains professional communication with patients, families, and team members to promote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with various conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, stroke, balance, and chronic pain issues, aiming for functional recovery and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• Ability to travel to multiple care sites.

Physical Demands

Includes lifting, crawling, climbing stairs, manual dexterity, and various physical activities required frequently or occasionally to perform job duties effectively.
