About the role
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive rehab team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide progressive and responsive therapy to address various diseases and impairments.
- Ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
- Valid license to practice in the state where services are provided.
- Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.
Skills
- Ability to work in a supportive environment with progressive treatment modalities.
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
