About the role

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide progressive and responsive therapy to address various diseases and impairments.
• Ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited therapy program.
• Valid license to practice in the state where services are provided.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

Skills

• Ability to work in a supportive environment with progressive treatment modalities.
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
