Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Join as a Physical Therapist in a patient-centered facility environment, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Address whole-patient needs with adaptability and a focus on individual goals.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients to other professionals when necessary.
• Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and wellness.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in applicable states.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience.
• Foreign degrees evaluated for U.S. equivalency if applicable.
