About the role
Join as a Physical Therapist in a patient-centered facility environment, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
- Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
- Address whole-patient needs with adaptability and a focus on individual goals.
- Collaborate with peers and refer patients to other professionals when necessary.
- Teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and wellness.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in applicable states.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus relevant experience.
- Foreign degrees evaluated for U.S. equivalency if applicable.
