About the role

Key Rehab is looking for a consistent PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in the Holstein/Manson/Wall Lake, IA area in a SNF setting. Join our team to earn up to $50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Position divided between Home Health and SNF settings.
• Offers a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Skills

• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication.
• Experience with geriatric population.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
