Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team in Liberal, Kansas, working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) within the facilities.
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings, with a weekend schedule available.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working with the geriatric population.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
