About the role

Key Rehab is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our team in the Ogallala, NE area, specifically in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient and create treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) within the facilities
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings with a weekend schedule

Qualifications

• Accredited Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Active Licensure: Current PT license in the state of practice
• Ethical Compliance: Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and state/federal regulations
• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions
• Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to seamless team work
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues
• Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs
• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines
