Physical Therapist (PT)

Kadima Health and Nursing at Palmyra is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. Our mission is to offer quality care to our residents in a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs. The Physical Therapist is expected to follow facility core values in administering department services and fulfilling all therapy‑related resident care needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long‑term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Measure and record patients’ motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and modify sessions as necessary.
• Complete documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations.

Skills

• SNF/Long‑term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in the State of Pennsylvania, in good standing.
