About the Role

HRRMC’s Rehab Department is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team, focusing on providing personalized care for pediatric patients at Fairplay Physical Therapy in Fairplay, CO. This role helps patients achieve their physical therapy goals and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with impairments and create personalized intervention plans to improve physical function and quality of life.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent injuries and disabilities while promoting overall fitness and health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care in preventive, acute, and rehabilitative settings.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to support staff and actively participate in discharge planning.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist passionate about pediatric care.
• Problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Proactive communicator who addresses concerns and contributes positively to the team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
• Active or eligible membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy.
• Current, active Physical Therapist licensure for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
• Current CPR Certification.
