About the Role

Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy services.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities through individualized programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, make referrals, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Support patient-centered care focused on improving movement, breathing, and overall wellbeing.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or equivalent experience with relevant degrees.
• For degrees earned outside the U.S., degree evaluation confirming equivalency.

Key Duties

• Assessing patients, designing and implementing therapy programs.
• Collaborating with team members.
• Educating patients to promote recovery and independence.
