Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy modalities.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to restore mobility and functional independence.
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards.

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Ability to travel.

Skills

• Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation principles.
• Strong communication and counseling skills.
• Business writing, team building, and time management skills.

Physical Demands

Includes lifting, crawling, walking, and manual dexterity tasks, with physical activities performed frequently or continually to support therapy functions.
