Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 5 Star CMS, 280-bed skilled nursing facility located at 99 Golden Hill Drive, Kingston, NY 12401. We are seeking compassionate, professional, family-oriented candidates to join our team.

About the role

We are seeking Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapists (PT). The Golden Hill family treats our residents, their family, friends, and staff with dignity, kindness, benevolence, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals and techniques

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

Pay

$40–$50 per hour (based on experience)
