Powerback Rehab, in partnership with Genesis Healthcare, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in Albuquerque, NM. This role is eligible for up to a $10,000 bonus with no contract required. Ask about increased pay in lieu of benefits and our referral bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Address the whole patient, recognizing their individual needs and goals.
• Adapt to varying patient needs and work settings with flexibility and joy.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• One of the following educational qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • Master's degree in a Physical Therapy-related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• For degrees earned outside the U.S., an evaluation confirming U.S. equivalence to a degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 per hour.

Location & Work Environment

• In-facility setting.
• Reports to the Director of Rehab.
