Responsibilities
- Implement and modify treatment plans
- Set measurable goals for patient recovery
- Oversee therapy staff and students
- Document patient progress accurately
- Utilize therapy software
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Follow treatment plans and evaluate/adjust goals
- Ensure patient safety
- Chart appropriately

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Licensed in the applicable state
- CPR certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Good body mechanics
- Decision-making ability
- Knowledge of post-acute care laws and procedures
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Adherence to policies
