Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop customized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders.
• Deliver physical therapy services that align with clinical standards and best practices.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly in medical records.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff.
• Educate residents and caregivers on continued care strategies and exercises.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Pay

$5,000 sign-on bonus for Full Time PT
