About the Role

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, provide in-house therapy, and utilize progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments. Ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Licensed in the state of practice
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred
