About the Role

Join AVOLA Therapy as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the Phoenix West Valley. New graduates are welcome. Our home health model means you treat one patient at a time, in their own environment, where therapy matters most. New graduates benefit from our mentorship program to gain clinical confidence from the very first visit.

What You'll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments in patients' homes across the Phoenix West Valley
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans across adult and pediatric populations — shaped by your clinical interests
• Address mobility, balance, strength, coordination, pain management, fall prevention, and motor development across the lifespan
• Complete OASIS assessments and Medicare documentation
• Coordinate care with physicians, home health agencies, and interdisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

• Licensed or license-eligible PT in the state of Arizona
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Home health experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
• Reliable transportation for travel between patient homes
• Strong clinical reasoning and a patient-first mindset
