Physical Therapist (PT)
Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing high-quality physical therapy services.
About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans to promote resident recovery, independence, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide evidence-based physical therapy services, including assessments, interventions, and education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to address residents' specific needs and goals.
- Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions, including exercises, walking programs, and other interventions.
- Communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of resident progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Missouri.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience as a Physical Therapist in a similar setting preferred.
