Physical Therapist (PT) will design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide one-on-one therapy sessions to our residents. Responsibilities: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plansDesign and implement comprehensive therapy programs, including exercises, stretches, and other interventionsProvide one-on-one therapy sessions to residents, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapyEducate residents and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for continued progress and successCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomesMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and treatment plansParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures Requirements: Physical Therapist (PT) degree from an accredited programCurrent licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of MissouriExperience as a Physical Therapist (PT) preferred.
