About the role

Physical Therapist in an in-facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab. Focus on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical function while collaborating with team members and referring patients as needed. Contribute to patient-centered care that aims to improve movement and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver personalized physical therapy to help patients regain their abilities.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and wellness.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
• Deliver comprehensive therapy services and support patient recovery in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in practice state(s).
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Evaluation of foreign degrees for U.S. equivalency if applicable.
