Overview

Symbria is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM at DuPage Care Center in Wheaton, IL and Tabor Hills in Naperville, IL!

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Execute treatment plans under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Work closely with Physical Therapist Assistants
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes and act as a trusted partner to the community

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists
• Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is beneficial but not required
