Job Summary
Provides physical therapy services to patients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease or other causes under occasional guidance. Actively collaborates with the health care/educational team to meet patient care, outcomes and system improvement objectives.

What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services
- Support staffing needs across multiple Vanderbilt rehabilitation locations
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal diagnoses
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Document care within Epic EMR and My Health at Vanderbilt/MyChart
- Help ensure exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes
Technical Capabilities
- Rehab Therapist Patient Documentation (Novice)
- Rehabilitation Therapist Patient Evaluation (Novice)
- Rehabilitation Therapist Patient Education (Novice)
Position Qualifications
- LIC-Physical Therapy License - Tennessee
- Relevant Work Experience
- Less than 1 year of experience
- Bachelor's degree
