Physical Therapist (PRN)

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN outpatient role, providing coverage for PTO and sick leave. The position involves supporting continuity of care for an older patient population and collaborating with a team of PTs, PTAs, and Techs.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30-minute scheduled templates and adapt for double-booking
• Work comfortably with independent PT and PTA schedules
• Handle approximately 60 patient visits per reporting period
• Collaborate and communicate via shared EMR and direct messaging

Requirements

• Valid and active Arizona PT licensure
• Clinical Doctorate (DPT) preferred
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Collaborative and coachable demeanor
