Responsibilities
- Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessments and documents findings.
- Establishes individualized care plans involving patients and families.
- Educates patients and caregivers on deficits, adaptive equipment, and support programs.
- Supervises support personnel in compliance with licensing laws and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Physical Therapist (state licensure required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
- Experience in outpatient clinics is preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification through recognized organizations.
