What You’ll Do
- Help residents move with confidence, strength, and joy

- Create personalized treatment plans based on resident goals
- Teach residents and families about exercises and progress

- Document progress and successes using electronic health records
What You Bring to the Table
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Virginia or a compact state
- Accredited Physical Therapy degree
- Rehab or long-term care experience preferred, but passion matters most
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Compassion and genuine resident focus
- Comfort with electronic health records and thorough documentation
