Physical Therapist (PRN)

About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in an outpatient clinic, providing coverage for PTO and sick leave while supporting continuity of care for an older patient population. The role involves collaboration with a team of PTs, PTAs, and Techs, managing approximately 60 patient visits per reporting period, with flexibility to adapt to scheduling demands.

Responsibilities

• Handle 30-minute patient templates and adapt to double-booking scenarios
• Work comfortably with independent PT and PTA schedules supported by a PT Tech
• Utilize shared EMR systems and maintain communication with physicians
• Align with the clinic’s operational model and collaborate with the team

Requirements

• Active Arizona PT licensure
• Preferably a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Experience in outpatient settings is a plus
• Coachable, collaborative, and adaptable to scheduling demands

Schedule

PRN schedule with variable hours for coverage.

Pay
