About the Role
Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Physical Therapist - Flexi PRN for Acute Care. As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve functional mobility, relieve pain, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. You will provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers, supervise, and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Level Degree or Higher in Physical Therapy.
- Virginia License in Physical Therapy.
- BLS certification.
- 1 year of experience required.

About the Workplace
Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, located in Virginia Beach, VA, is home to the region’s only Level III Trauma Center. The 273-bed facility offers specialized tertiary services and many advanced clinical services, including heart, vascular, neuroscience, neurosurgery, orthopedics and spine care, cancer care, advanced imaging, and behavioral health. The hospital is a recognized accredited Primary Stroke Center and a Magnet hospital for nursing excellence. It is located just 15 minutes from VA Beach Town Center and a few minutes from the Oceanfront.
